Golden Gate Hotel & Casino terletak di One Fremont Street di Las Vegas, Nevada, di Amerika Serikat. Bagian dari Fremont Street Experience, merupakan hotel tertua dan terkecil (106 kamar) di Fremont Street Experience.
Dibuka tahun 1906 dengan nama Hotel Nevada. Tahun 1907 ditetapkan telepon pertama di Las Vegas dengan nomor 1. Tahun 1931, dengan perjudian dibolehkan di Nevada, Hotel Nevada diperluas dan berganti nama menjadi Sal Sagev (Las Vegas diucapkan terbalik.)
Hotel ini memperoleh namanya saat ini tahun 1955 ketika sejumlah warga Italia-Amerika dari Wilayah Teluk San Francisco menjalankan Golden Gate Casino. Hotel berkamar 106 dan bertingkat empat ini direnovasi tahun 2005.
Golden Gate adalah yang pertama menyediakan koktil udang seharga 50 sen tahun 1959, sekarang cliché Las Vegas.
